Johan Sahlin appointed Group CEO of GOT YOUR BACK

Johan Sahlin has been appointed Group CEO of GOT YOUR BACK, effective 21 September 2026. He succeeds the company's founder, Martin Gorne, who will be proposed for election as Chairman of the Board at the general meeting on 5 October 2026. 

Johan Sahlin steps up from the role of Managing Director of GotYourBack Corporate Services AB, which he has led since 2023. The group he will now lead has grown since 2018 into a Nordic administration partner with subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, some 65 employees, and approximately EUR 25 billion in assets under administration or depositary.

The appointment of Johan Sahlin takes effect on 21 September 2026. Client relationships, contacts and day-to-day services are unaffected.
